Jus an update

phew, 3 wks has passed and now i'm into my 4th week of ITP... i gotta say, this job is fun, though a little tough, physically... like moving of equips and stuffs... i hope to be doing more small gigs, maybe cos they are easier to prepare for and to pack up. well, on to other stuffs....

Hmm... too long never update sia, quite a few stuffs to write about... firstly, i presented a simple song with a group of eh... 11 people? wait arh, the group includes the super sisters, di bros, Jian Hui, Kay, Xue Ying, my sis and i, which comes to a total of ya.... 11... the song is titled "Your Love Will Never Let Me Go", as following Romans, in which one part was as follows: "Neither Death nor Life, nor Powers that be. Neither things that are nor things to come. Neither Height nor Depth, nor anything can ever move me from Your love". i'm glad that all of us in the grp didnt jus sing with our voices, we sung with our heart, presenting this song as an offering to God... thru the times we spent together practising, the troubles we overcame, and finally, the commitment to present this song. Technically i think we did pretty well, considering we had not much practise since we dun really have a common free time, everyone with sch or work... oh well, all in all, great job guys!

next up... hmm... ITP stuffs... Well, ever since Good Vibe, there hasnt been another major concert. Its all small gigs and conference or seminar and stuffs. So the 4 of us stays in the warehouse pretty often, doing maintenence, packing, un-packing, occasionally games (if we're really lucky). As of now, i'm doing, or rather helping out, at the NTU open house, cos Show Co is doing sound and a little part of video for the open house. There's also the Ritz Carlton Seminar which YJ and Arif is involved in... and yeah, i got my FEB pay... $210... not bad for a start, and that doesnt include OT yet... hehz...well, i guess that's all for ITP

hmm, i'm gonna start practising a song by Hillsongs called "Mighty to save" (video at the bottom of this entry). i've asked people to help me out in the other instruments liao... hopefully can pull this off, cos i plan to follow as closely as possible... which is gonna be hard... hehz...

Drum classes has started... not bad for a first lesson... nervous though, cos i've never really had lessons, as in, not official ones... but yeah, interesting, and i guess it's kinda good that my teacher teaches according to how much i've learned, not the follow by textbook, lesson one means only lesson one type...
